3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

• Treat all caregivers professionally, respectfully, and in compliance with local labor laws;

• Notify Always Best Nanny of any changes in needs, schedules, or issues with placed caregivers;

• Abide by the terms of our placement and payment agreements.

 

4. Caregiver Responsibilities

Caregivers using our services agree to:

• Submit honest, complete applications and provide accurate credentials;

• Cooperate with background screenings and reference checks;

• Adhere to professional standards of behavior and child safety;

• Abide by all federal, state, and local laws governing childcare and employment.

 

5. Background Checks & Screening

Always Best Nanny conducts reasonable background checks, employment verification, and reference screening for all caregivers. However, we do not guarantee the future performance, behavior, or compatibility of any caregiver.

6. Fees & Payments

Families who engage our services agree to:

• Pay all applicable consultation, placement, or service fees as outlined in our Client Service Agreement;

• Submit payments by the due date stated in the agreement;

• Understand that fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.​

 

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation terms are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy found on our website. Please read this document carefully before booking services.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we carefully screen all candidates, Always Best Nanny shall not be held liable for:

• Any injuries, damages, losses, or disputes arising from services provided by caregivers;

• Misconduct, negligence, or misrepresentation by caregivers or clients;

• Any interruptions or inaccuracies on our website or digital communications.
